Founder & President
Dr. Deborah Egerton is an internationally respected psychotherapist, IEA Accredited Professional with Distinction, a certified Enneagram teacher, best selling author, and IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and anti-racism) consultant, coach, and spiritual teacher. Dr. Egerton specializes in justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism work with individuals & organizations designed to create intentional culture change. She facilitates career growth and personal development with individuals and organizations by focusing her efforts on respecting the uniqueness of every individual & honoring their humanity. Dr. Egerton teaches the Enneagram for introspective self-discovery and to cultivate a socially responsible community of cultural allies. Her work with the Enneagram has enabled her clients to get “unstuck” & move out of self-defeating negative behavioral patterns to establish workplaces & communities that work well for everyone. She holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Texas EL Paso, an MA in Counseling Psychology, from Webster University, and a Ph.D. in Health Sciences from Saba University, Netherlands Antilles.
For more than two decades, the focus of her work has been teaching the Enneagram as a valuable mechanism for social justice and anti-racism and using it as a blueprint to reconnect people across all dimensions of diversity. Her visionary approach to IDEA work expands the traditional scope of the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) method and allows for the honoring of every individual with respect to all dimensions of their unique self-identification. Dr. Egerton’s Enneagram and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism Certification Program is a highly regarded IEA Accredited Training Program. She is a current board member of the International Enneagram Association and works with the Enneagram community to cultivate a more inclusive environment. Her greatest passion is leading others to understand their own humanity and to acknowledge and respect the humanity in us all.

Executive Director
Dr. "Gene" Egerton recently joined Trinity Transition Consultants after completing a career in clinical and administrative medicine culminating as Chief Medical Officer for Saint Agnes Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health in Fresno, CA. Throughout his career, Dr. Egerton has served in various health care leadership roles and led a distinguished career in the U.S. Army Medical Command, achieving the rank of Colonel before retiring after 23 years of service. Before coming to Saint Agnes, Dr. Egerton served as a Healthcare Executive and Independent Consultant, and Physician Advisor, Care Management, and Medical Director of St. Agnes Hospital in Maryland, He also held the title of Chief Medical Officer at the University of Maryland Medical Center – Midtown Campus in Baltimore. Board-certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Egerton completed a residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in adolescent medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX, and earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina.

Lisi Mohandessi has been with Trinity Transition Consultants for over 15 years. She is a graphic designer, corporate communications expert, and an Enneagram specialist. She holds five degrees in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Art, & Corporate Communications. While attending the Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Baltimore, Lisi began her work with Dr. Egerton in developing instructional design programs for culture change initiatives, corporate training workshops, and Enneagram training. Over the past 15 years, Lisi and Dr. Deborah Egerton have developed an IEA-accredited training certification program for Enneagram Teachers, Coaches, and Therapists as well as designed a new curriculum for implementing the Enneagram and IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and anti-racism) training programs into the corporate world. Lisi is the co-author of Know Justice Know Peace: A Transformative Journey of Social Justice, Anti-Racism, and Healing through the Power of the Enneagram.
